Annual Trivia Fundraiser: Call for volunteers

Planning for our annual trivia fundraiser is now kicking into gear. A reminder to please save the date -  Friday 23 August (Term 3, tickets will go on sale later in the term). We have a mammoth task ahead in collecting prizes for the silent auction associated with this event. To support this effort I am asking for volunteer support now in the following capacities:

 

Member of organising team:

If you are happy to be part of an organising team please get in touch with me (e.vriedl@icloud.com or 0404 216 509). Your participation in this group will involve a phone or face-to-face meeting and signing up to approach 5-10 businesses for prizes (we have a list we can work from). You may also choose to stay on and help organise logistics or set up for trivia night, but this is optional (there will be a separate call-out for this later if needed).

 

Source prizes through your networks:

Please get in touch if you have any contacts you could pass on or approach on the school’s behalf to source prizes. This could be in the form of vouchers, products, services etc. If you plan to approach yourself, I would provide you with details of the night and the School’s institutional support letter for the event.
